- Fill up the silicon part of the Magnetic Tea Egg with you favorite tea
- Place the sucker of the Magnetic Tea Egg inside the lid of your teapot
- Pour hot water into your teapot
- Place the lid on to your teapot with the Magnetic Tea Egg hanging under water
- Fix the Tea Egg to the sucker with a spoon; The magnets on the sucker and the Tea Egg will secure it above the water level
