Excellent Customer Service!
They really don’t go loud enough. With my volume maxed so loud it’s buzzing, I can barely hear people in conversations.05/31/23 - They reached out to me and gave me a full refund and I really appreciate that. I've known this to be a reliable brand which is why I purchased them. Hopefully the pair I had was just one bad pair. I will be willing to try again knowing they have such excellent customer service. :)

Ok quality with long cord
The cord is way to long it gets in the way its like 8ft long and its not detachable so you can't switch it out with a shorter cord

It broke after a month of use
It was fun while it lasted. Headphone is made of cheap plastic which it broke while putting it on my head. The headphone still works. A little duct tape has made it somewhat usable albeit a little loose, so it does not stay put.

I bought these headphones for my son and not even 3 days after opening them the mic went out and quit working.
