Nice product, love this!
I love these dried chamomile flowers. I add them to my night time tea for added effect and also use them to infuse into a carrier oil for making my own wound care cream and deodorant along with dried calendula flowers. The price point is not bad for what you are getting. These flowers are processed well and dried perfectly. I have purchased several bags over the years and I have yet to have found any that are spoiled or molded. I trust this company. You are getting a quality product.

By far the best chamomile I've ever had
I have never, ever, in my life, had a chamomile this good. When I opened the bag it was like a blast of wonderful chamomile smell, sweeter than I have ever smelled before. Absolutely incredible. It's basically all flowers, and they are perfectly dehydrated. The flavor is unbelievable. It's so good I keep making chamomile tea mid-day which is making me sleepy but it's so good I just can't help it lol. Fortunately there are over a dozen health benefits to drinking chamomile tea so it's all good. The bag is WAY bigger than I pictured too haha. When it arrived (the 1 pound bag) I was like WHOA WTF hahaha. Cause the flowers are so light and fluffy a pound requires a huge bag. The tea is super strong, tastes great, and helps me to relax. 100% recommend this product. I am curious, though, if this is Roman or German. I'm guessing Roman since it is so sweet. I would love if you guys had a German variety as well since they both offer different health benefits.

Best Chamomile i’ve had!
This is one of the top two chamomile teas I’ve had and I’ve tried a ton. It is a dupe or perhaps even better than Republic of Tea organic heirloom chamomile. My third favorite is Taylors. So if you know your chamomiles, I promise this one will be your favorite among these three especially at this price. The flavor is actually strong, sometimes i use one bag for two brews it is so strong. I use less per tea bag. The one caveat is you have to buy tea bags if you don’t want to deal with sticky tea strainers. My favorite part is the fragrance and taste, which tastes like honey before i even add any. I find i like to drink this straight with nothing added. And above all it’s organic. Since the cigar beetles love it too, I buy a large bag and then vacuum seal it in smaller bags in the freezer. I keep a glass jar with just enough for about 20 cups. Actually i put the whole bag in the freezer upon arrival in case of bugs, but have never had a problem with this brand.

I''m a loose-tea noob, but...
I'll start by saying that I'm completely new to loose tea, so am not sure if I'm brewing it correctly (I'm still making adjustments to how I brew), but this tea is pretty good. I'm usually pretty particular about the flavor of my tea, and though I haven't tried many brands of chamomile, I had found prior to this stuff that the one that delivered the best flavor (for me anyway) was the Bigelow chamomile tea. BUT since it isn't organic, and it's bagged which I'm trying to get away from, I went searching for a good organic loose variety and finally chose this one. Like I said, I don't have a lot of experience with many different qualities or sources of chamomile, so I don't really know what to look for as far as flavors and aroma that would denote a "better" quality, all I can do is compare to my previous pick of Bigelow brand (incidentally, I just can't seem to find out what specific variety of chamomile they use (Roman/German), so I might be comparing apples to oranges here). Here's what I found comparing the two: When I opened this bag of loose, I noticed right away that there was a LOT more complexity to the aroma of the flowers (which are dried whole and very pretty to look at btw!). The smell of chamomile that I was used to is certainly there (though maybe not quite as strong), but it's also mixed with a mild sweet-grassy and almost a faint mint smell, along with a VERY mild smell of flower pollen (there is actually pollen from the flowers all along the insides of the bag- not a lot, but it's there and you notice it). All of this I love, because it seems more natural and like the experience you would get were you to grow and use your own chamomile. Flavor-wise, the experience is very similar. I'm not sure if I'm brewing it right, but I prefer a stronger tea, and steep 2-3 tsp in slightly more than one cup of hot water for about 7 minutes. Finish it up with a splash of whole milk and a generous spoon of honey. It's not the straight, mellow-but-bright flavor I'm used to from the Bigelow- there are the other flavors there as well (sweet-grassy) which gives it a deeper complexity. So, not exactly the same, but I don't dislike it at all! I'm thinking this is probably more of the way that a chamomile tea aught to taste, as it really does taste like the dried flowers. So, what to take away from this? If you're used to more processed teas, you'll notice a big difference in this right away. I think it's something that I'll get used to over time, and maybe even come to prefer. The fact that I can look at it and see that I'm brewing nothing but whole, dried, beautiful chamomile flowers is reassuring (no mystery ingredients hiding inside a tea bag), as is the USDA organic seal on the bag itself. A nice tea, and I would definitely buy again -that is, if I ever make it to the bottom of the bag, which is huge! :-)
