Lol, how is v neck girly?outside of girly marketed or specifically made products to that end, every dress or suit and business appropriate attire is v neck, and is so by design and with good reason, it's layered for comfort and practicality and to be worn as casual or with a tie, nothing more manly then be confidently well dressed and productive.

Q: Im a big guy with a belly, so doesthis shirt get slimmer towards the waist?

I am 6 foot 280 pounds with a belly also and 4x fit good. Not baggy and not tight. Still have not washed it so not sure if it will stay that way being 100 percent cotton but we shall see.
