Are these genuine apple earpods? means no difference if i buy this or from apple store?

I purchased via PRIME here with the Apple store link, and I received genuine new Apple ear pods, in an Apple box. I suspect those that "did not receive new Apple ear pods" were trying to save 25 cents and buying from "other sellers" which is fairly well known to be a bad practice. LOL. Buy from the Apple store, get a real Apple product.

Mine were used and had a sticker on them saying "used - like new." They might have been originally Apple, but they were not new, so I returned them. (Ew.)

Are these the original apple earpods?

It's really hard for me to tell for sure but it's doubtful these are real Apple products. I've ordered these 3x in the last 6 weeks @ $19.99 ea + tax ($64.16). All went bad in the first week or so. Four Apple users in the house and we've all purchased what we "thought" were the real deal only to learn otherwise on Amazon. In my experience Apple EarPods just don't go bad that quickly.

Good headphones

Great headphones for iPhone, function exactly as intended. They are comfortable in the ear and have a good length of cord. They tend not to last long for me, but I could just be mistreating them honestly

Like all Apple accessories, you are getting a very high quality product that is worth it over the price you pay for cheaper, third-party options. The main reason I choose to use headphones over AirPods is because I enjoy listening to electronic music which as a lot of bass, and I have always found that the bass quality of Apple's wired earbuds far exceeds those of the AirPods. Cord length and connective strength is great. Also, with the rise of the performative male, consider getting wired earbuds as they have for some reason become all the rage again.

I’ve been using Apple’s wired EarPods for years, and they’ve never let me down. The sound quality is clear with well-balanced bass and crisp highs — perfect for music, calls, or podcasts. Removed a star due to cost, but otherwise these are genuine Apple and perform as expected. As most iPhone users already know, the Apple knock-offs are a waste of money. Almost all of them do not have full use of the pause/play/call answer button, and the ones that do tend to fail after several months. All of this to say, only buy genuine Apple regardless of the high price.I simply do not have a need for costly wireless AirPods, but the most recent AirPods Pro update has me rethinking -- so I'm waiting for what's included in the upcoming Gen3 buds. In any event, I have so many use cases for the wired earbuds that I need to keep a pair around the house. So, yes, they are worth the extra cost.
