I bought this for my 12 year old. He loves it and I'm 210 lbs and I can ride it with no problem. It easy to assemble, super sturdy, high quality and very fun. It's too big for my 5 year old, but I think an 8 year old could ride it. If you are on flat ground, you can accelerate by swaying side to side. It has good stability and the brake works great. It's a super nice toy.

My son wore out our old scooter that lasted almost 10 years. This is a major upgrade and for older kids so it should likely last a long time for him (he's 10). The extra wheels on the back are great for wheelies too ;)

These things are awesome! We bought 2, one for each of my boys for their bday. I was worried when they arrived because the boxes (which do NOT conceal the product at all, so heads up!) were SO badly damaged. Our UPS man even had a hard time getting them to the door without the boxes falling apart and things falling out... I took pictures before opening and was preparing myself to send them back for being damaged or missing pieces. HOWEVER... they survived without any major damage, just a few scrapes in the paint and one Allen wrench had fallen out at some point but the other package still had all the tools. But other than that, everything was still in tact! We put them together this morning (minimal Assmebly) and evening the adults have been playing on them all day. So fun and they whip around easier and go faster than I thought the would! Plus, If they can survive the beating they got during the delivery, then they will surely survive my two 10 year old boys! (Be prepared to buy one for everyone though- my older daughter wants one now!)

Good buy and fast service

I was relatively impressed by the build strength of the item. Note: I am not huge. I am a normal male 5' 9", 158 lbs. The handle bars have very little adjustment, but this unit is comfortable for me in steering and moving. I found that after practice, I could propel the skooter up minor inclines using the "swishing" motion alone without requiring too much pressure on the handle bars. On more steep grades, I found using the standard skooter foot propulsion to be the best. With that, the tricycle shape makes alternating the pushing foot very easy to balance you workout. You do get a workout, which you wouldn't get on an electric, and I find the workout is perfect for my age. It is less stressful than a bicycle and jumping off in an emergency is extremely easy compared to a bike. That makes it good for people afraid of injury due to losing control of a bicycle (like my girlfriend who also likes this skooter.) Overall, I am extremely pleased with the operation, ease of transport, ease of assembly, and workout potential of the Flicker skooter. Please note that you will have much greater enjoyment on a smooth sidewalk rather than a rough road. I enjoy this thoroughly at our local park on the smooth concrete bike paths. I was not nearly as happy on my roadway near my house. The bumpiness caused too much resistance to rolling, and I didn't get to enjoy the wonderful gliding you get on smooth concrete. I have owned this item for 2 months and have ridden it on at least 6 occasions. Still seems in good shape. RECOMMEND product.

I bought this to ride while I take my kids down the road. I was looking for a little more than just a bike ride. My kids have the small version of this, but everyone is fighting to ride this one. I can't believe how much fun it is. Would def purchase again!! Great quality and ride. I am 5ft 1in tall and about 140lbs. No issues riding this. Love the extra back wheels that catch you if you turn around too fast. It gives a drift motion to the ride.

My husband ordered this because it was hard for us to keep up with our 6 year old when he was on his scooter. He is 61 and I am 59, but we never imagined we would have so much fun. It is very sturdy and well built. It is easy to handle once you get that hang of it. We didn't realize this was for tricks though. The first time I tried to turn a corner with a little speed I drifted about 6 feet! It was scary, but fun! My grands, as well as my 24 year old daughter love it too.

Received and put together pretty easily. My 8 year old has a blast with this thing and so do I! It is so fun! All of our friends get a kick out of watching us ........... I can power the scooter using my hips - so it can provide me with a good work out at the same time - having fun. You could totally market this product as a work out tool!! LOVE it!!

SUPER TEIL, meine Tochter bekommt es zum Geburtstag. Sie wird sieben. Ich (die Mami) habe es in einfachen, in der Anleitung sehr gut beschriebenen Schritten selbst montieren können. Das Werkzeug ist beigefügt. Ich hatte beim Testlauf schon riesig Spaß. Das Teil trägt bis zu 100 kg und ist top verarbeitet, das Geld lohnt sich hier wirklich zu investieren. Nun freue ich mich auf das Lachen im Gesicht meiner Tochter, wenn sie ihn das erste Mal fährt. Der Wahnsinn!

Great!!! Brought this for my son as a Christmas gift (10yrs old) and he loves it. Arrived earlier than expected So a happy dad! (Just in time for the BIG day) It's heavy but its a sturdy, quality product so a little weight Is fine! (Looks pretty cool too) I'd recommend this over cheaper scooters as this looks and feels better built! And you can do wheelies on it so... why not!
