We looked at so many titanic sets and are so happy we went with this one! My 7 year old is obsessed with all things titanic and this was a great set! He had a fun time building it, took him 2 days! I only helped with the water and ice burg part! Love how realistic it looks. The instructions were great! All the pieces were included. Pretty durable, had some pieces fall apart while building but now that it’s all built it holds up great! Also fits the name brand building block sets! Super fun for kids to build!

My grandson who just turned 9 was wanting to build the Titanic so I bought this because of the price and the fact that the pieces are compatible with Legos. My daughter said that the instructions were difficult to understand and they were having a lot of trouble trying to put it together. My daughter brought it back to me so I decided to try and build it. The instructions aren't very good, I hate that they grey out the pieces that you've already put together, this is the 1st set that i built that does that. The worst part is the black pieces, in the instructions the pictures of the black pieces blend together, I was having to take a magnifying glass and a flashlight to see how those pieces fit together. I worked on it for a couple hours and finally decided to stop because it was just too frustrating. Between myself, my daughter and grandson we didn't get past the 1st bag and there's only 2. I just got through putting together a 1156 piece Christmas house and it was so much easier to put together than this set. I've read some of the other comments and I find it hard to believe that a 7 or 8 year old could put this set together correctly without any help. Update: I upped the rating to 4 because once you got past the black pieces of the ship the rest of the build was pretty easy and it does look nice. It would have been a lot better with clearer instructions and without greying out previous built pieces.

Beautiful. My son enjoyed so much building it. It wasn't hard, he did it in one day, a couple of course actually and we loved the result.

Fun to put together, but the pieces all had to be glued together, as they wouldn’t stay. Especially the bottom. It’s beautiful once together though!

Bought this as a gift for my Niece! She just finished it today. She loves it. Now she starting on the White House one I got her as well.
