The taste is basically nothing, but I also follow with water and do a swish to make sure I get all of it. I have been a long time user of Thorne products and am really happy with this D3/K2. The quality is excellent, but I don't expect anything else from this brand. I am waiting to see if my levels come up, but I take this supplement three times a day, so I believe there is some benefit. I have seen a lot of people write about the issues with the dispensing but it works as designed. Tip the bottle at a 45 degree angle and let it drip out. Shaking it will only frustrate you and make a mess. It takes a second for the liquid to go through the dispenser so you just have to be patient. Overall, the quality is so high and if you have problems swallowing pills, this is a great alternative.

Most economical we have found for everyday vitamin D supplement. Definitely works because my vitamin D levels are higher than last time i got my blood tested. I also don’t always remember to take it every day. Good stuff.

My husband got his bloodwork done and his vitamin D levels were extremely low so he decided to give this a try. After taking them for over a year and had repeat bloodwork done his vitamin D levels are in the normal range. He believes that these drops definitely helped when taking them consistently! To him, the drops taste like water so absolutely nothing! Great quality, no smell, good size being the drops, and could tell a difference in his energy level.

Love Thorne and the quality for all my supplement needs. Vitamin D + k2 is great and is working for me. My levels are where they’re supposed to be! There’s zero taste and smell. I throw it in a cup of water or on a spoon. Easy! My only gripe on this one is the dropper. I can maybe get 2 drops out but most of the time it’s a few splatters. Maybe we can come up with a more accurate dispenser?

This is a fantastic product. I have extremely low Vit D and since I began using this product, I have increased levels into the normal range. I am in my 60’s. This comes in drops which can be placed in coffee or beverage. No smell

Easy to consume, convenient way to get enough vitamin d. Just the D & K vitamins, no nasty additives that normally upset my digestive tract. Drop into my water twice a day. Simple. I think they are working. Seem pricey, but, the quantity justifies this.
