If I use the extended battery life does that mean that I only get the location at the time I ping it or does it send me all the locations it's been to

Dear customer, if you use the Tracki Magnetic Waterproof mini case box + 3500mAh, it will have the same tracking features as basic devise however the battery life will be 6 times longer. In other words if you do it on live tracking, to stoop continue to behave the same way whereby it will track and intervals you have set, for example once a minute once in 5 minutes. if you use the battery save mode, it will extend the life even more but you will not have the ability to get real-time tracking however to still extend the one month tracking to 6 month tracking once a day. Tracki customer support

I have been using tracki for 10 months and had no problems with the GPS device itself. I also had a battery extender and, unfortunately, it started to lose battery pretty quickly after purchase. I reached out to customer support and they were vey informative and approachable. At the end of troubleshooting, they offered me to have a replacement of a battery extender without any problems. They offered communication via chat/messages/phone calls. High quality service.
