Samsung Xcover 4 5" 16GB LTE Android 7.0 Smartphone Unlocked & SIM Free - Black (Renewed)

This is a classic older Samsung mobile but for general use ie calls and text it does the task fine. I have an iPhone aswell but for general use as said the Samsung is an excellent Android companion. Phone quality is good, solid piece of kit. Features as per most Android. Battery life no problems, adequate. Charging is OK. Valure for money a more than agreeable price paid for this.

Ordered this as a replacement phone for my Grandmother as hers was beyond repair. Just abot managed to get her stuff transferred over but her old phone is now broken and disposed of. This phone works well, I have no issues with that - however, they have sent us a faulty charger block so it is impossible to charge the phone as is. I have had to spend extra money buying replacement parts as even though it says the item is under the amazon renewed guarantee they refuse to do anything about it without me having to ship the whole phone back which would leave my Grandma without a phone and would also mean she would lose all the data stored on it. Not worth the hassle at all. Just go to cex where you can get actual help if something is wrong

This is a lovely phone. The only problem is that the THREE Network in the UK has now gone or is going fully volte so you will not be able to use it on the THREE network or any network that is going forward to 4G/VOLTE only because they are all going volte so check if your network is, sorry guys

Simply rubbish - to told do do anything with - dont bother

The Samsung XCover is good value at half price for a described as excellent condition refurbished model. However refurbishing was a little careless for sale into UK market - the phone had been left set to Spanish as default language and that made set up tricky / they also left the old Spanish SIM card in it - so I wonder how closely it was inspected before dispatch?
