Extremely fine and flavorful, worth every penny.
I love mochi matcha IYKYK and where I live that is hard to come by. I tried a couple of brands at my local store and was disappointed with quality, quantity, and price and so I began to dive down the forums and many recommended this. They were right! Best bang for your buck and texture quality is superb! Extremely fine and flavorful with zero added anything. It comes with a scoop which is great so you have a dedicated measuring tool to be able to replicate the same beverage every time. Easy and straightforward directions and recommendations. Quality is superb and highly recommend 10/10

The Best Matcha I’ve Tried—Perfect for Lattes
Out of all the different matcha powders I’ve tried, this one is by far the best. The flavor is smooth, earthy, and vibrant without that harsh bitterness I’ve experienced with other brands. It blends beautifully, and the bright green color makes every cup feel fresh and inviting. I especially love making matcha lattes with it—the taste comes through perfectly balanced and rich, almost café quality right at home. On top of that, it’s organic and clean, which gives me even more confidence about using it daily. This has easily become my go-to matcha and the one I’ll be sticking with from now on.

This is a better quality matcha than what is used at Starbucks!
This product is better than the matcha powder mix used at Starbucks! Starbucks uses a 51% sugar mix with questionably sourced matcha/sencha making up the other 49%. It has no tea flavor as it's basically just sweetened milk. If you've come to matcha through the Starbucks lens, this is NOT that product. It's what you should be drinking instead! When I've tried to get matcha powder locally at the grocery store, I've not been able to find one that is the same quality as this in such a value size quantity. For size reference, I'm pretty sure this size bag could last one person 3mos even if they were drinking a matcha latte everyday. This matcha here packs a bolder flavor, a better boost of energy, and more mental clarity without the crash that you'd have from coffee. It is unsweetened, which gives you the freedom to make the final product (latte, smoothie, whatever) as sweet or unsweet as you like. The powder is ULTRA fine, and is about the consistency of powdered sugar. It dissolves wonderfully in a few ounces of the liquid of your choice (I prefer oatmilk), and it suspends very nicely and does not sink to the bottom when at rest for a few moments. All around highly recommend. Unless you're Japanese and have had that real good stuff and would know the difference, this is probably good enough for most people.

Very good matcha
I have tried before Matcha teas that I bought directly from Japan and this one is up there with the best.Since is not written on the package or description that this is "ceremonial grade", I was expecting a bit of bitterness or fishy flavor, but to my surprise there is none.I tried it even straight with just hot water and it tastes smooth, something that the majority of the Matcha teas do not, they always have a bit of bitter/weed flavor that makes them unpleasant to drink unless they are mixed with something.I had tried before their "culinary" grade Matcha and it was good but had all those flavor characteristic of most matcha, this version which is called "premium first harvest" is definitely better for just a small increase in price and much less pricey than other Matcha that are defined Ceremonial grade. Also, it mixes super well with water and lattes of various kind.

Taste better than it looks!
At first glance this appears to be a lower quality Matcha, but it has the flavor of a better quality matcha. It’s a great price considering the amount and te quality is surprising.

Clean, energizing, and high quality
This matcha powder is amazing. No, there aren't metals; but there may be static due to it being such a finely ground powder. Yes, I tested it with a magnet and it didn't react any differently than my plastic spoon. I appreciate the good laugh though! Some of the videos on here are beyond ridiculous XD "Its lead! Its magnetic! AND it reacts to plastic and fingers!" Pretty sure those are all mutually exclusive claims. Why not say it was delivered in a meteor from an alternate universe and will give you powers too?On a serious note: I have used it to make matcha lattes, matcha blueberry waffles, and matcha cookies. The color is fantastic- I'm gonna go crazy with this stuff for Halloween baking!I am extra sensitive to caffeine (can't even drink coffee), and I've found that the matcha lattes get me more jittery than my usual tea. The baked goods, not so much. Baking probably denatures most of the caffeine. Even so, I recommend only consuming it in the morning so it doesn't affect your sleep.

Aftertaste of stevia
I bought this as an experiment, and went for the big bag, thinking that I'll use it for baking if I don't like it. I just finished a small pack of ceremonial matcha that cost me a little fortune, so I had some reference. This one is different, for sure, but I cannot say it's not as good. It does not have the same astringency as the ceremonial one, but I like it better (I drink it plain, with ice). It has a somewhat sweet taste, probably because it comes from first harvest tea leaves. In powder form the color is not as vibrant green as the ceremonial one, but after mixing I don't see any difference (it seems to foam a little more than the ceremonial one, using same frother and water/powder quantities).I'll stick with it for sure, you cannot beat that price, but same as with coffee/wine/Bourbon, there's the daily one and the... ceremonial :-) one. This is a good daily one. For the ceremonial one I would probably go for a Hojicha--different game altogether.
