I bought this because after working from home now with the pandemic I have found that I’ve been slouching in my posture and this is started to create pain in my lower back. I invested in a more ergonomic chair instead of sitting at my computer in a dining room chair and I use this device with the chair. This product forces me to sit upright which has completely resolved my lower back pain. I’m assuming my lower back pain was from bad posture and putting to much pressure on vertebrae. In the beginning using this device is uncomfortable and your back may be a little sore especially if you’re not used to sitting upright .

This thing saved me from sciatic pain that I'd had for several months. I was in almost constant pain and misery. Tried stretches, massagers, pain relieving ointments, but nothing worked. Gave this a shot and after a few weeks, no more pain. Don't expect miracles right away, and this will be painful at first (I actually had to stop several times cause it was bad.), but it gets better after several uses. My only complaint is that I ended up breaking a few while adjusting my position on them. If you position correctly you should have no issues. Definitely Worth the money.

It gave me an okay stretch but didn’t really work that well, after I used it I was in a bit more pain then before I used it unfortunately but my back is pretty messed up and sadly this product just didn’t work for me! Good attempt though! May try one with more settings or even one for my neck.
