Do all of these rings come out of the box looking disgustingly used? i just got mine and it is terribly discolored with huge grey marks and dents

Mine had grey marks as well ... I sent a note to supplier withna picture but they did not respond

We send usage instructions via email to everyone that purchases a ring (unless they opt out) and there is a lot of videos and content on our website blog and through our Facebook page. We don't provide a DVD at this time. We are creating a workout sheet that will be available soon.
