No, the br2032/hen has mounting pins attached to it. Those batteries are not normally replaceable without soldering. There is often a pin header nearby where you can connect a new battery while leaving the old one in place.

One. It is much more expensive than CR2032 batteries but it’s higher temperature specs are required for computer battery replacements. If a Br2032 is needed don’t use a CR2032.

You cannot find a charger for a BR2032 because it is not a rechargeable battery. It is a one time use Lithium. When it is used up, recycle it and replace it with a new one.
