Good quality, function and reasonable price
Second set of Guyker locking tuners I've purchased and these (3L + 3R) are working just a great as the first set (6 inline for Tele). I put these on an Ibanez TCY621 acoustic and they swapped in perfectly without any issues. They fit so well on this guitar that I was able to reuse the original top bushing and and washers as well as the back screws. Locking function works as expected and keys turn easy and smoothly so far. Will definitely purchase this brand again for my mid to lower tier guitars when I need locking tuners!

High quality tuners, rock solid
Smooth tuning. Stay in tune. This is a locking tuner so if you screw the thumb wheel out to the limit (but not beyond because you might damage the screw or break it off) you can lube both the worm gear and the main gear inside. I dip a tooth pick in the grease and put it on the gears inside the tuner. Looking inside it looks like brass gears. I lubed it with lubriplate, a Lithium based grease. I suspect all geared tuners use brass gears so lubing with Lithium grease is a very good idea. It also helps to give the tuner that silky smooth feel. I adjusted the tension with the philips head screws in the tuning knobs. Ultra-smooth tuning. I had to drill holes for the screws because the old tuners used a peg (Sperzel tuners) instead of a screw. No problem. I was very careful about drilling the correct size hole and using screw lube on the threads so I would not break or strip the heads any of the phillips head screws. Note on adjusting the screws that hold the knobs in place: Do not loosen these too much or the tuner will bind because it will allow the worm gear to pull outward slightly while the knob is rotated. You can see this happening if you look closely at the back of the tuner. For smooth operation the screw has to be pretty snug but not tight. You can judge this by rotating the knob and feeling the torque required. Using a string winder gives you the feel for it. The appearance of these gold tuners is right up there with my Grover and Schaller tuners on other guitars. Those tuners were over a hundred bucks. I love the Guyker 18:1 tuning ratio. It makes tuning more accurate and faster with the smaller knobs on 6 inline tuners. The Sperzals had only a 12:1 tuning ration which is to coarse for me, particularly with the smaller tuning knobs on a strat-style guitar (6 inline). I have found over the years that Guyker parts have just as good quality and life expectancy as the higher priced tuners. It's pretty surprising. Don't let the low price convince you that it's low quality. I don't know how they do it, but the quality is great. I found that to be true of all Guyker parts that I have purchased including Bridges, String Stops, and now tuners. So these days my first choice is Guyker and if they don't have what I need I look to the higher priced stuff. All the big name brands have much higher prices, but my experience is that the quality isn't any better than Guyker. Maybe i shouldn't say this because Guyker might raise their prices! I don't get paid for writing this review and am not afilliated with Guyker. I just appreciate high quality and affordable prices. I own about 22 guitars (kind of lost count) LoL. And I work on them all. I love working on guitars (and playing).

Can't get any better
I've bought these tuners before (many of them) in the two pin style and have always had a good experience. Very good quality tuners, especially for the price. Good fit, good finish, good function, half the price as similar name-brand tuners. If you're concerned about the brand, then go ahead and buy your Rotomatics or Gohtoh, or Di'Adario, etc. But if you want the same quality and function at half the price, buy these.

Great upgrade for a budget guitar.
These are really cool tuners. I frequently go with Guyker when upgrading hardware on electric guitars and basses. The color is REALLY cool-looking! Installation was easy and the locking mechanism works great. Cons: one of the screws broke during installation. Not the best screws - I recommend using your own (something more heavy duty). Also, the turns of the tuners don’t blow me away like high-end tuners would. High-end tuners always have that super-smooth turn, and these aren’t quite there… but still way better than the cheap junk that comes on most budget guitars. And after stretching strings and tuning the guitar up a number of times, they seem to be working great.

Solid Tuners & Fit Firefly GT01-E Thinline Perfectly
I have used these tuners on a previous guitar, and they are well made and tune up your guitar very smoothly. They fit my Firefly GT01-E Thinline Acoustic (great guitar for $250 by the way) perfectly without any modifications, even the rear screws lined up. The only downside to these is the weight; they will undoubtedly add weight if upgrading from the likely crap original tuners that come on budget guitars of any manufacturer. It's a nice upgrade for a budget to mid-range guitar. Would I put these on my Gibson Studio? I would spend the extra for Klusons, but that is only to keep the guitar's aesthetics. I have seen some reviews of manufacturing defects, but I have not seen that; order two and cherry-pick the best ones if you are worried about that. You can easily add lubricant to the machine heads, which is a nice feature compared to sealed units. I recommend!

Beautiful, Good Working Tuners
First guitar build, a Strat and wanted all black hardware. These looked a compromise between really cheap what-evers and Gotoh or Grover.. The tuners are solid and have some heft to them. If you've never held a bare neck, they are very light. After I installed these tuners I picked up the neck and was surprised how heavy it felt. They were very consistent and work very well. I have locking Grovers and these feel just as nice. They installed perfectly, no cutting, reaming or shimming and are working very well. I am surprised how well the guitar stays in tune, especially since it has a floating bridge. If I were not experimenting with different parts and manufacturers for guitar builds, I'd use these for all builds. Very Nice!

Fits Jackson guitars
Fits a Jackson JS22 like a glove. Even the prime preslotted screw hole is the same. Product is probably good. Haven’t gotten time to check tuning stability yet. But it fits a Jackson 🙂

Good looking tuners but with an important tip if servicing.
Good looking tuners but they cannot be taken apart. The locking nut shaft will not remove because they crimp the inner nut around the shaft. This is not acceptable if you want to take your tuners apart for cleaning or servicing. Other than that, if you just want a nice set of locking tuners then these would function accordingly. I also bought much cheaper locking tuners at the same time that are just as good in every way and completely serviceable.
