This tape is thicker than standard PTFE and wraps easily without tearing. It sealed threaded connections on shower head / plumbing project without leaks. Pros: thick, easy to wrap, effective seal Cons: roll is bulky compared to thin tape Bottom line: Great choice for plumbing jobs where you want a solid seal.
