It may cost more upfront to purchase the right products, but consider that mountain, road, and gravel bikes are significantly more expensive than bottom brackets. Using Park Tool Anti-Seize Compound ASC-1 is especially important on carbon fibre frames. Save yourself future headaches by investing in the proper products.

Does the job. A must application for titanium bike builds and parts. I run titanium stems on three road bikes and without this stuff applied it was difficult to get clamp bolts tight enough to hold bars from rotating. Coated the stem bolt threads and inside of threaded stem areas and everything snugged right up without and creaky protest. Generous sized tube will last a long time. Also much better dispenser vs. small packets from other brands that don’t reseal and dry up.
