I’ve owned these for 4 years. I used one for shampoo and conditioner for the other, I LOVE these. The pump mechanism is flawless, the volume it holds is surprising and the look fantastic. One of the dispensers began to leak and actually left a little rust on my marble sill. I’ve just ordered another and am pleased.

Looks nice - just not the shade of brass that I want. I need a darker more champagne bronze brass. This is more of a yellow brass. Giving this 5 stars for the customer service as they reached out to offer a full refund right away, which is outstanding service and shows they care about keeping long term customers. This really is a nice pump - just not want I needed.

I originally thought these were wonderful. They look beautiful. But… I bought four and One of them leaks from the bottom two of them drip from the top. And I’m just waiting for the last one to go. I’m thinking if three out of four leak this probably is not a very good product for you to buy.!!

This matches really well with the bathroom fixtures and decor—love the contemporary look. I had one minor problem in which I accidentally dropped the dispenser on the floor while wiping it off. It started leaking from the bottom, so I was not sure if the leakage occurred from dropping it or what, but I bought another one to replace it because I liked the color, straight lines on the design plus it was past the timeframe to send back for a replacement. There is nothing wrong with the second one I bought.

The dispenser was very well made. The item it solid and weighty and dispenses well. My only disappointment is that the color was darker than I wanted. More brassy than gold.

Very elegant looking to use with my other gold bathroom accessories. Pump works well and nice quality.

It works great to hold and dispense dish soap, and looks tidy on my black granite counters. I also like that it is metal so I don't need to worry about it breaking.

Great bottle works for high end restaurants. We are very busy and this soap dispenser is strong and reliable.
