Amazing !
I’m extremely happy with this drone. Right out of the box it was easy to set up and very beginner-friendly, but it still has features that more experienced users will appreciate. The flight stability is excellent, even in light wind, and the controls are smooth and responsive. The camera quality exceeded my expectations for the price — clear video, sharp photos, and solid range. Battery life is also better than expected, giving me plenty of flight time before needing to recharge. Overall, this drone feels well-built and reliable. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great drone at a reasonable price. Customer service was outstanding. I had a question after my purchase and received a quick, professional, and friendly response. They were very helpful and made sure my issue was fully resolved without any hassle. It’s rare to find such responsive and supportive customer service these days, and it really adds confidence to the purchase. I appreciate how much they stand behind their product and take care of their customers.

Amazing drone for a great price with plenty of features and beginner friendly
This is my first ever drone that I bought 2 years ago and it has worked fantastically. I mainly bought it to take pictures of jobsites or check on roofs whenever there are hard to reach areas, it is very beginner friendly. Batteries a good amount of time but it also varies depending on the wind or how fast you control it. It's extremely steady and precise and takes amazing pictures with lots of features that some name brands dont have for this price point. If you are looking for a great drone for a great price then this is the one for you!!!!

Great little drone!
Nice little drone! I had an issue with mine, and contacted customer service. I got through incredibly quick, and they were eager to help replace my unit at no extra charge! Which I appreciate! lol This drone takes pretty good pictures and video! I have had several drones in the past, and the quality has been far less than advertised. With this small, flimsyish camera, I was really surprised at how well they came out! The video is incredibly stable, and I’m really happy with the results! It’s a bit loud, but not overly so. I have had mini drones that were louder. I just wouldn’t use it for any top secret spy missions. The battery life is insane! The battery on the controller didn’t last as long as the drone batteries! I’m so used to only being able to fly for under 10 minutes! Between the three batteries that came with it, I was airborne for over an hour (total combined time)! As for the controller, maybe keep a USB power bank with you, and you won’t have issues. Big manual, yet easy to fly! Getting started seemed a bit confusing at first, but following the quick guide got me flying in no time at all! Be sure to read it!! For the price, it performs as well as drones more then twice what this one costs!

Great drone for and easy to learn on.
Edit…. After about a year of regular use a battery failed mid flight. Drone was smoking when I got to the place it fell. This is probably just a freak incident, but it did happen. Overall, I still feel it was a decent drone for the time I owned it. This is my first good quality drone. Camera quality is good and the 2 axis gimbal does well at keeping the camera stable in flight. The up and down control for the camera is really really slow which is a bit frustrating when trying to set up shots or adjust in flight. I also noticed some shaking in the shots if I adjust the camera angle mid flight. Camera has a digital zoom that does ok but as with most digital zooms you sacrifice some quality of the image the more you zoom in. One feature I like is the ability to view your photos and videos on your phone right away after your flight ( or mid flight if you are brave). The footage recorded to your phone is at a reduced quality but the full quality footage is available off the micro as card on the drone. Low light / night recording is not great… however ever you really should not be flying at night anyway. Also to have a camera that could do low light or night shots would greatly add to the cost of the drone. The transmitter ( remote) is easy to hold and is not overwhelming with s bunch of buttons and switches ( this could be good or bad… I’m used to lots more on my transmitter being as I also fly rc planes and helicopters). For someone that has flown a lot of rc’s the controls will take some getting used to. The controls are very forgiving… you can do full stick movements in any flight mode and the drone doesn’t react crazy. I keep trying to fly with very small control inputs and the drone really doesn’t react till I do what seems very excessive stick inputs ( good for new pilots but feels wrong to someone used to planes and helicopters). Flight time is about 15-25 minutes realistically depending on wind, temperature, and how you are flying the drone. No need to worry though because if the battery gets to low the drone will auto return to home (place you took off). Overall I would say this is a good step toward the professional level drones that won’t break the bank compared to the high end name brand drones.

Simply Great Drone with Outstanding Customer Support
I have tried several "entry-level" drones from Amazon, and I must say this one exceeds all of my expectations. I have been using this drone for a few weeks now and the range is amazing! The F11GIM2 responds quickly to remote inputs and the video quality is amazing. I could not get this drone to work with my phone, however, after contacting Customer Support, I was sent a new data cable and all is well. The support received from Ruko Customer Support was above any other seller on Amazon that I have dealt with. The weight is perfect, it is very simple to use, the features are excellent and picture and video quality are amazing. If you are a beginner thinking of getting a great drone, this is the one!!

Great drone
Great drone for the money. It’s very easy to fly, even for beginners, and feels stable and reliable in the air. The GPS follow feature is especially cool and works really well. I also had a good experience with customer support. They were responsive and helpful. Overall, definitely worth the price.

This is the drone to buy! Customer service is on point!
I am new to flying quadcopters/drones, and this is my first. I have seen Mavics in operation, and this is a drone that may have fewer features but for the price you cannot beat this drone. I received the drone just a few days ago. It is extremely well packaged. It's heavy too, 585g (for reference the Air 2S clocks in at 595). The box is sturdy, inside the box, is an opaque plastic zip bag that holds the really cool hard side carrying case (think old-school lunchbox for size comparison). Open the carry case, and everything is compartmented in foam. The lid has a mesh zip pocket as well. There is a spot for the extra battery, drone, and controller. Now for the operation. Fold out the arms, press the power button, and the drone is ready to go. I turn on the controller, it connects...and nothing. Turns out you absolutely have to use the app on your cell. The controller has a great spot to securely hold your phone. So, I download the app, fire it up, and look at the quick start guide. You have to calibrate the compass, i.e. turn the drone horizontally and vertically, it'll beep after each and you are ready to go. Or so I thought. The quick start guide says press the sticks to the 5 o'clock and 7 o'clock positions to start the motors. I do that...nothing happens. I look at the app and there's a button that looks like a bullseye, I press that and a little window pops up and says slide bar to start motors, and a button that says "take off." I do that...still nothing. I look a little more, and see that "GPS mode" is on and it is getting no GPS signal. There's a button on the remote, to cycle through modes, so I press that to a different mode. Here's the important part so I will type slowly and loudly for the folks in the back UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU ATTEMPT TO TAKE YOUR FIRST FLIGHT INDOORS!!! I took all of the steps I mentioned above with the drone sitting on a table in my office. The motors spun up, and I thought cool it works! I'll just lift it off the table and set it back down...WRONG. I made the mistake of using the "one touch takeoff/landing" button on the remote. Let me tell you that if you press that button this thing will leap in the air like a bullfrog with a cattle prod up his a$$! I hit the button and it hit the ceiling and came crashing to the ground! At this point, I'm thinking to myself, there's a $400 lesson learned. I pick up the drone and sure enough, cracked arm. It's now a $400 paper weight; speaking of paper the motors WILL blow paper everywhere if you have any sitting on your table :) Not one to be so easily defeated, I look on the ol' amazon for a replacement arm, and sure enough they have them, but I can't get one (won't ship to Guam). I decide to take a flyer and email customer service with my dilemma. Sybil from Ruko responded within minutes, asking which arm I needed. I tell her, and she says no problem we will send you one free of charge. I'm thinking great new arm, then I get her next email, sorry we can't send it to Guam. Damn. But she says order one and send us the order number and we will refund the cost to you. Holy cow!! These folks are awesome! I actually had already ordered one to be sent stateside to the fam to put in a care package at a later date. Whether Sybil follows through or not, her responsiveness and willingness to help are a rare quality these days. I decided since it's only a crack let me see what crazy glue will do. I put the glue to the crack, waited about 36 hours and just check the pic and video. The quality is outstanding on the camera. Pictures are crystal clear and detailed. The video is crisp. The camera gimbal works great, and produces outstanding pictures. I did all of this without an SD card. The pics/videos are sent to your phone. You connect your phone via wifi to the drone. I launched the drone OUTSIDE my house, went up about 100 feet, flew around a little bit, and hit the home button. It took about 30 seconds for it to decide what to do, and it went straight over to the takeoff point, re-oriented to face the original direction, and slowly descended back to the ground. There is no obstacle avoidance feature like more expensive drones, but I'm not sure that would've helped me on my maiden flight :) Overall, if you are looking for a good introduction to drones without breaking the bank BUY THIS DRONE! This is not a toy. It's also not a $1000 Mavic. What it is, is an outstanding reasonably priced drone with tons of features. Buy it you won't be sorry. (I actually bought a second one in case the crazy glue didn't work).

Great drone at a great price!
So far this drone does not disappoint. It's more substantial than the sub $100 GPS drones and can handle a pretty good breeze with level 6 wind resistance. It's been very easy to control and is very predictable and responsive. When I first received it I thought there was no USB-C to USB-C cable included and contacted customer support. They said that the cable is already attached to the drone where you mount the phone. Sure enough, it was there. Customer support has been exemplary. They have answered all of my many questions and concerns and have been extremely available. Thank you for a great product!
