Clubman Styptic Pencil Jumbo (3 Pack)

There is absolutely no way I could comfortably survive being a man who shaves daily, without keeping these Styptic Pencils in my bathroom vanity drawer or First Aid Kit at all times. Those that shave legs or any other body parts, whether woman or man, will also find these Styptic Pencils amazingly invaluable. I have been using these Styptic Pencils for many years. So my experience using them is vast and extends over a long period of time. I especially love the Jumbo Size pencils. Whenever I get a cut from shaving, these come in so handy to IMMEDIATLY stop the bleeding. They even work wonders when you pop a pimple and it bleeds. It is a must, that at least one of these Styptic Pencils be in your bathroom and/or First Aid Kit at all times. I purchase mine in the 3-pack or multiple packs for the best value and to never be without. I can't believe so many people are unaware of the necessity and effectiveness of these necessary items. Recently, I introduced these Jumbo Styptic Pencils to my 23 year old son. He was very worried about a cut he had created while shaving and that took an excessively long time to stop bleeding on its own.. I showed these pencils to him and explained how easy it was to make them work by just dabbing the wet tip of the pencil, onto your cut. He had never heard of them. I don't know why, because I have had them in the house for MANY years. He was amazed at how well they work. Directions from a consumers perspective (these directions do not replace nor over-ride the manufacturers instructions): Take the pencil out of the transparent, protective tube that the pencil is used to store in and to keep it clean and dry. Now, just run a slight bit of warm water over the tip of the Styptic Pencil. Next, dab the drop of water at the end of the pencil, onto your cut. INSTANTLY, the bleeding stops and you can move on with your day without walking around with torn, pieces of tissue or a bandage on your face or legs or wherever your minor cut was created.. Sometimes you may have to reapply a second dab after the first dab dries if the first dab didn't completely stop the bleeding. Now dab the tip dry with a tissue and store it in its transparent, protective tube and seal it with its supplied cap. This will keep your Styptic Pencil clean and dry, ready to use in your next time of need. Sometimes the drying effect of the cut may cause slight itching after applying the wet solution to your skin. At times, after the cut has completely stopped, I will apply a little bit of Skin Moisturizer Lotion (like Aveeno) and the itching will usually go a way. Also, sometimes the drying effect of the solution will leave a slight, chalky looking area on your skin. Simply wipe the dry, chalky residue off with a damp cloth or apply your skin moisturizer over it to restore your skins moisture. WARNING and Disclaimer: These Styptic Pencils are NOT intended for major cuts that may require stitches. USE COMMON SENSE. If your “minor cut” does not stop bleeding and it is larger than a “simple” minor shaving accident or a small popped pimple size, then consider having the contusion evaluated by a medical professional. Seems to be exactly what I need

This is the second one of these I bought. The last one lasted for years with me shaving every few days. You end up wearing any styptic pencil down to an unusable nubbin, so the bigger it is when it's new, the more you get out of it IMO. This one is big and works well.
