Quite easy to setup once you read the instructions. Bleeps are loud enough when running outdoors ( maybe too loud even on low ). Great little device if doing sets of exercises.

A bit fiddly to set up and use at first but great once you get used to it.
This little device is very useful as an interval counter. You can set it for different intervals and different programmes.We use it to time the display of photos in photo competitions to make sure each print gets the same exposure. Setting up the device and working out exactly how to use it is a bit challenging and requires some practice and patience until you get the hang of it.

Great little gadget. I use it to do intervals for stretching and gym work. I also use it for running time intervals when I am using my watch for distance intervals etc. One charge lasts ages.

The instructions are not comprehensive
The item seems to work well however the instructions are minimal and don’t take full advantage of its functionality. With a lot of trial and error I have worked out basic functions however with more comprehensive instructions this gadget would be far more useful.

Fab for Jeffing
Got this help me keep track of interval training for the London Marathon. It’s great and will beep and vibrate when I need to change from running to walking. Easy to set up with desired timings and battery life is excellent .
