Yes, it does. However, make sure the electrical connection is correct. My mechanic had to cannibalize another truck to get a connector for my compressor. And make sure you add oil to the compressor before installing it.

Bought this item on May 4th 2016 and now its not working anymore. Is there any warranty for this item. Please help??

Unless it was installed by a professional then I believe there is no warranty. Can you explain how it doesn't work anymore? A.c. compressors usually don't just stop working. If it isn't turning on it could be due to low Freon pressure or high Freon pressure, or a pressure switch failure. Often on these models the electronic clutch connector gets worn out. Check the 2 connectors on the compressor and the connector on the receiver/dryer. If they all look good, with the a.c. switched on remove the connector from the receiver/dryer, and jumper the two wires together momentarily. If the a.c. clutch grabs ( while the engine is running) then your issue is not the compressor.

will this work on 1989 G20 5.7 Van?

Not sure if it will fit your vehicle. It did fit my 95 Silverado with a 5.7 L. And has worked great since then, sold that last year tho. Why don't you enter your vehicle info into your "garage"? Enter your vehcle info there, then, select on this compressor and it will tell you if it fits your vehicle or not.
