What kind of Packaging does the lip gloss come in, isit sealed because mine was not?

The kopari lip glosses just come in a kopari box. They dont have tape and there is no covering for the application area. Just make sure that the box is intact (as if it had not been previously pried) and check and see if it has been used, the area for application should not have any product smeared on it or anything of that sort
