What is yellow stuff coming out instead of clear tears

According to the manufacturer, some babies cry yellow tears, and some are even blue....if the doll does this, it doesnt last long....depends on the doll Any issues concerning this, please send it back to Amazon and they will replace it...I believe I have a few left in stock
