So glad I researched and found this. I haven’t been tested for the MTHFR gene, but symptoms are similar. I’ve been taking for 2 months. I feel great. I’m not as bloated and I have a regular bowel movements daily. I use to go maybe twice a week and I felt like I had malabsorption of my meals. Not anymore. I’ve noticed my cellulite is dissolving. i’ve been using this for over a year. my husband and daughter are using it now. it’s a lovely taste of cherry. i use it in my morning lime water so it’sa cherry limeade :D it’s worth the money because it’s the methylated folate and b12. that is what your body needs. the dosage is easy. it helps focus and energy. my nervous system is calmer and i’m dealing with immense grief

This has really made a difference for me in my energy level and the length of time the energy lasts, just about all day. I’ve discussed this with my doctor and we’re going to check into the mutation gene to help with other symptoms I’m showing. I like the taste as well. I’m also pleased that it doesn’t upset my stomach at all, I don’t have to eat first! My mood has leveled off to a good place.

My doctor prescribes the methylfolate through a mail order and they charge me $190 for 3 months. Where as here you get a 90-day supply for $33 (approximately). You can't go wrong with the pricee! In addition you get the B vitamins that are necessary. I have found that they actually help a little bit more than the expensive mail order - primarily just helping my medication work better. The size is a little large for me, but that is just because I have swallowing issues. The quality of the product is great. I do feel some difference, but I have only taken it a few months, so I am hoping with a few more months under my belt the results will get even better.
