This is terrific for the kidneys! Saw signs of some bubbles in my urine (not good). As soon as I started taking this (two at nite right before bed) NO bubbles!!

Easy-to-Take Softgels, Clean Formula
I bought Now Foods Pumpkin Seed Oil to support hair growth. It’s a clean, high-quality oil in softgel form that’s easy to take. Pumpkin seed oil is also known for supporting prostate and urinary health, but my primary use is for stronger, healthier hair. It's too soon to say about long-term results, but so far it’s been a good addition.

No aftertaste and gentle on the stomach
I added this pumpkin seed oil supplement to my routine and have been happy with the quality so far. The softgels are a reasonable size and easy to swallow compared to some larger oil capsules. There’s no strong smell when opening the bottle and I haven’t noticed any unpleasant aftertaste or repeat after taking them. The capsules arrive intact with no leaking or sticking together. The bottle is well sealed and clearly labeled, which I appreciate for supplements. As with any supplement, results vary person to person, but from a quality and usability standpoint this one has been solid. Good option if you’re looking for an easy to take pumpkin seed oil softgel.

Great Supplement for Prostate and Heart Health — Clean Ingredients, No Aftertaste
Love this product! Affordable and gel capsuled - easy to swallow for me. That being said f you struggle with swallowing pills, these might be a bit much — they're about the size of a typical fish oil capsule.i take 2 softgels daily with breakfast. I love NOW products and have used their food supplements before and really like them! I only gave it 4 stars because his isn’t a stimulant or quick-fix supplement — results are subtle and come with consistent use. I am impatient haha. Worth the buy!
