You're absolutely right to question the ingredient "rose fragrance". The rose fragrance in Dr Bronners actually consists of 14 ingredients. Rose essential oil isn't one of them. I dislike this scent, but I love all the others. You can find more info online regarding this. It's a good point and I'm glad you brought it up.

prices depends how much seller paid for it.Target purchased from manufacture for $5 and amazon seller for $9.50 from distributor. Every sellers paying different prices for same item.

I've never seen any mention of Margaret Sanger on their labelling. I've only seen words about their family, the holocaust and being all in one with the world.
