Love this methyl free multi. For years I wondered why some vitamins made me feel sleepy & tired. I finally learned it's because I'm what's called an "over methylator". This supplement give me great energy.

I am so happy with this product as I have a slow COMT with double copy C677T MTHFR and I can not handle methyl Bs. I have nothing but energy with these! I have already ordered this 3 times and will continue to order monthly. If u take Bs and are struggling with anxiety, it's an overload and YOU NEED THESE ONES!

The capsules are not very large at all, so very easy to swallow, and it is an excellent non-methylated vitamin.

This is the best b complex I’ve ever used. I cannot do methyl formula at all. I turn into such an emotional monster. Methyl makes me cry and have the worst anxiety & paranoia. I was always the calm person & turning into the opposite freaked me out. This complex has me back to normal calm and happy. I take it before bed cause it makes me that relaxed & I sleep so well after taking it. I also love the histamine probiotic. Really helps my stomach. I did a stool test which I had to pay out of pocket for cause my gastro refused to do the test and wanted me to do colonoscopy instead. My stool test showed exactly that my microbiome was way off. I never had a problem. Thank the doctors that prescribe antibiotics like it’s candy.

This is an effective item, however if you’re sensitive to folic acid like I found out from this product I am, you will deal with mental health side effects. *** EDITED TO ADD A FOURTH STAR*** After posting this review the company reached out to me to offer me a full refund for this product. To be clear, I never reached out to them nor did I try to return the product, they did this of their own volition. Because of their great business practice I added a fourth star. Regardless of whether or not this specific product worked for me, I’d definitely be willing to try others from them.

if you can't handle the methylated forms of the B vitamins or methylfolate in general. You will most likely be able to handle this version. I do really well with it and it's still folonic acid which doesn't just fill your folate receptors like the synthetic forms do.

I really gave up on B vitamins a while ago even though all the health conditions I have pointed to B vitamins. I have methylation issues so any methylated b vitamins would make me feel horrible. I started to realize that any supplement containing a methyl donor (glycine, betaine, methylfolate, etc) actually made me feel horrible and this is when I realized I am an overmethylater. But, also very interesting, is that I tried Folinic Acid and B6 (as are included in this complex) on their own and I still did not feel good on them. I got somewhat mixed results when I was taking the Methyl free vitamins in isolation. This bottle sat on my shelf for about 2 weeks before I tried it and I have absolutely no issues taking it. So even if you have tried isolated methyl free b vitamins, and didn't feel good, try taking them in this complex. I am shocked I can actually take these and feel steady clean energy from them.
