Purchased the 24 pack of Sunvie LED landscape lights and installed the first 4 today with success! These lights are very well constructed and have a glass lens which will not cloud over due to sun exposure. The supplied connectors were easy to use and only take a couple of minutes per light to install. The color temperature is on the warmer side so they look more natural than cool white especially when illuminating architectural details along with shrubs and trees. In a 40 foot section of bushes planted along a fence, today we used the 4 lights spaced evenly and the result is fantastic! They lend instant elegance to the landscape and make the mundane look exotic. We did test all of the lights individually before doing this review because we wanted to be able to give an accurate appraisal. We did not rate their weatherproof ability since we are currently in a drought and who knows when we will get some rain so there is no way to assess their wet weather tolerance. All of the lights tested good and their color temperature and lumen output are consistent. If we find out that the 24 lights are not enough, we will definitely purchase another set without hesitation--they are that good.

I use twenty-two of these lamps as landscape uplighting on the perimeter of my property. Initially I was a bit concerned the individual LED bulbs are only 12 watts each as I was replacing much higher wattage LED bulbs. However, these lamps look EXCELLENT!! They even seem brighter that the ones I replaced. One word of caution though....immediately TOSS OUT the vampire connectors supplied with the lamps. I have exterior heavy duty low-voltage wiring installed, and only two out of 22 lamps worked!! I decided to go back Old School (strip & twist all wires and secure w/yellow wire nut) and everything works fine now. Great product at a very reasonable cost. Just don't forget the hard lesson I learned using the supplied vampire connections :-(

Very bright lights. They seem well made with a solid transformer.

Good product for the price. I love the LED performance and the small easy to install design. After using them in my yard for 45 days or more, I’ve found that they perform generally well. Upon install I found that one unit worked for about 5 days then would not work, no matter where I connected it. Wrote to the manufacturer and they quickly shipped out a replacement! A+on customer service. They sent me two units to replace the one non working unit. This turned out to be a blessing as another light eventually gave out around the 40 day mark. What I’ve noticed in my usage of these lights, even sprinklers can test the water resistant ratings to the limit. I have several units that have water or condensation underneath the lens. So far they are still working, provide good light (if looking for off the chart brightness, probably get a more powerful and replaceable LED fixture) these bulbs are not replaceable. I kept this review to a 4 Star because of warranty and customer service and would rate them a 3 Star based on product water resistance and quality of materials. Ultimately, if you are looking for an easy install, low light and cheaper lighting solution, start here. I will likely slowly replace some units with more versatile units over the next year or so.

My backyard is 100 feet wide by 40 feet deep. I used to have solar lights from a big retail store. It would take 20 lights to barely light the backyard up and you couldn't make out details more than 20 feet away at best. Now I only have 6 lights aimed at the right side of the backyard and the ENTIRE backyard is illuminated. I can clearly see details on trees and bushes 40+ feet away from ground level all the way up to the tops of 40 foot tall trees. On the side of my house I have a long hedge that I wanted fully lit up. I have lights spaced every 5 feet to hit a hedge that is around 6 feet away. Even tho I only aimed the light a little above ground level, tree tops 40 feet up are clearly illuminated. Now when I'm in the house with the inside lights on at night, I can still clearly see the details outside that the spotlights are illuminating. My only concern is water. The connectors aren't water proof so I think the lights will temporarily short out if they get to wet. I may try electrical shrink wrap on them if it becomes an issue. Update: my irrigation system puts down a lot of water. The lights kept working even when soaking wet & wires were in pools of water.
