We have a swinging dog door in our patio screen door and the Colorado cold kept creeping in with the main door open. I cut this to size and put it in place with two-sided Velcro tape - perfect. The plastic has remained transparent and durable even in the cold. It seals out the cold weather very well. Would it work well for the main use as table protection? Yes - very much so. I stressed this to the limits of temperatures and use.

I use these indoors and outdoors. Indoors I use it over a kitchen table to protect the tablecloth. I like the look of the fabric, but this allows sanitizing the area after each meal. They don't last forever, but they certainly help maintain a neat environment.

I’m not returning it cuz I’m lazy. But the quality for the price point is disappointing. It’s a lot thinner than expected. Will not be buying again

It is just the right size for my table

The plastic is thick enough to put on top of a tablecloth and protect the cloth from spills/stains. I have put it over a while tablecloth for now. A few drips of spaghetti sauce landed on it and it's stained. Also the fold creases do NOT go away. I put the plastic sheet opened out in the sun and the creases did not soften up enough to smooth out. Then when it was in place, I used a hair dryer to warm and smooth out the creases. No luck there either. It makes my wooden antique kitchen table function well for hobbies and projects but I would not use it over a tablecloth and serve a meal on it for company. Tacky. Reminds me of Marie Barone's living room with the plastic on her sofas. This is definitely for casual, functional use. If I had children in the house, it would be great.
