The product was wrongly delivered. Despite no return or exchange on this product, based on the message the seller had sent another product at zero extra cost. Sellers customer centric approach is much appreciated.

this product is not durable, the quality of plastic is also not good. Machine stops to work after soem time overall not good to buy.

Considering the price it's really great value for Money. Water boils really fast. You can't go close to the mouth as it's really hot. So by going further away the steam is all over the face and not just around the nose. I still enjoyed using it as I didn't have to spend much and it did the job.

The Size is little bit small.

It's made of cheap plastic. Doesn't work properly. Plug not suitable for UAE use.

Good product with good plastic quality too. Heat dissipation is high to the handles. Difficult to handle with hands while operation. Makes the process easy overall.

Bad smell (like cheap plasticy heaters) and Indian plug

I purchased this steamer from PharmaEasy expecting a good quality product, but unfortunately it stopped working very soon. The steam output is very weak and inconsistent. Not happy with the performance at all. I trusted the brand, but the quality is disappointing. Requesting a replacement or refund.
