This condiment is very close to the flavor of the little packets that come from the Chinese restaurants. They have the best soy sauce I think.

I used to not like soy sauce and looked for substitutes whenever a recipe called for it. One called for dark soy sauce and couldn't find it at the store. I did a search and found a set that came with this as well as the dark soy. I found this soy sauce was really good. I used up the bottle of soy but have nearly a full bottle of dark soy still on hand. So it was time to order it again. So glad it is available. It might be a little more expensive but well worth it.

I love the taste of this stuff. It tastes so good I could drink it out of the bottle. For a quick meal, I sprinkle some on cooked veg with chick peas or beans for protein. The down side is, it is high in sodium. I have switched to another brand that has about half the sodium. So sad!

Great stuff! Much better than the most common brand. Glad I found it.

My favorite brand of soy sauce. Years ago I was in an Asian market staring at a wall of soy sauce and I asked a little old Chinese woman what was her favorite and she pointed at this brand. I've been hooked every since.
