Best writing pen
This is a great writing pen so much so that I will buy a few more. This pen has a smooth ink flow and writes smooth as well.

The king of the gel grip!!
Coziest pen around. The gel on the grip and super squishy. Wish it was a tad bit lower, but that's okay. Came with a good amount of refills and some awesome post it tabs! So that's what those things are in the pic along with the pen and refills. The metal body is really nice, good feeling in the hand. Perfect amount of weight. Wonderful pen to use.

Hand grip felt awkward to me
The pen wrote very smooth but the squishy grip was too far away from the tip of the pen so it made writing with it feel awkward. This is more due to the way I hold a pen which is very close to the tip so consider your grip style if you are considering this pen.

Best Pen out there
I honestly bought this simply for the refills as they are nearly impossible to find. The pen itself is fine but the refills and tips are what makes it so great - still have the pen but use the refills in a pen that was a gift from swarovski and it only this pens refills fit work in it. Either way they write beautifully

Comfortable
Most comfortable pen I've used with my grip style. If you leave it in the heat (the car in my case), the grip will melt and get sticky.

It really is as good as they say that it is!
I've been using pilot G2 pens for years, with the V5 fine point refills. Yes they do fit, and I was happy with them. But I never really liked the feel of the Pilot G2. It just wasn't comfortable in my hand. I decided to try this pen that I've read really good reviews about, from people who actually know and care about different pens. I took a chance, and I bought it, with the refill package, since it wasn't on back order, like the single pen was. And It's great to hold and write with. The gel ink is very smooth when I write. So much smoother than the Pilot Medium and V5 inks, plus it;s basically waterproof. You can also write at angles with it on mostly vertical surfaces, due to it's ink flow control system. The only downside, and its a small one, is that I wish that the refills were thicker so that they could hold more ink.
