Stoicism for Inner Peace

I've been interested in philosophy for a long time and applying it to my own life. Too many focus on who said something and what they said or imposing their opinion of it on us. We're talking about an ancient civilization and language as foreign to us as a moon in a distant galaxy but the wisdom is there. This book discusses what was said and who said it, but that's just the reference point. It's been very helpful to me and I highly recommend it as well as the related YouTube channel. The only difficult thing is to stop and absorb. It's like being at a banquet with so much delicious healthy food - but I must pace myself to get the true benefit 🥀

It is easy to read and understand, great contents on philosophy (mainly stoic as well as little glimpses of others that are referenced). It is short and concise, quick to read and digest. I enjoyed every YouTube video of the author prior to buying and reading this book which was also very enjoyable.

It is good, especially if you know nothing about the subject like I did before reading this book :) g

A great compilation of some thoughts from Einzelganger's Youtube channel. No computer screen in the evening. It does leave me feeling at peace.

Very good book written in plain and simple language. Have always admired the Youtube channel and am glad to invest into the author. I would like to see more books from him. Great Read!

I found it to be an easy to read and understand. Great words and thoughts to live by. Surprisingly consistent with the teachings of Jesus. Maybe not surprising. Keeping it as part of a permanent library.

The book will bring you to a different mindset that you would never imagine in the best way possible. Truly, this book is a blessing to me!

Normally "self help" books fall flat and generally they are throwing darts to self improvement. I can state factually that Stoicism for Inner Peace has aided me immediately and my family will benefit also. The impact of this book was a true eye opener to logic and reality in today's emotion driven lifestyle. Give it a read and you may just see the world differently tomorrow. I've improved my life by simply recognizing a few truths that were not so evident before. I highly recommend Einzenganger's book as a great starting point on ones journey to inner peace.
