Excellent computer for the price.
I bought this to help my wife design graphics and run her vinyl cutter for her crafting business. It is a very good deal, including a monitor and 3D acceleration. It's powerful enough to do 3D modeling for 3D printing too. Overall, we're very happy with it.

Unreliable power switch: now unreliable speaker jack; no customer satisfaction
January 18, 2025: It appeared to be everything I wanted. Then I noticed a brilliant green bulb on the back of the housing, next to the power cord, too bright for me to sleep with. As I tried to put a piece of masking tape over the bulb, the PC repeatedly powered up and down. After careful examination, it seems that this PC has TWO different power switches; one on the front, where you expect it to be, and another teeny, tiny nearly invisible black button the size of a pencil lead next to the power cord, on the back of the power supply. The brilliant green bulb was a 1/4th" away from the black button, but every time I touched the bulb, the PC acted like I'd pressed the tiny button, indicating a short somewhere in the power supply.I had *asked* the seller *why* this PC was $60 less than another refurb PC that had much better specs. All they said was "we have to get back to you on that" (more than 3 weeks ago...they still haven't answered me). I'm suspicious that they knowingly sold this refurb with a defective power supply, hence the unexplainably low price.April 22, 2025: The longer I use this PC, the more things go wrong with it. Now I've discovered that the speaker (audio out) jack is loose. If something touches or moves any of the cables on the back of the case, my sound stops working, and I have to reach back there and wiggle the cables until the sound starts working again. After my first bad review, the refurbishers contacted *me*, not the other way around. I spent the next 3 weeks emailing back and forth with them while they made me one unacceptable offer after another to "fix" the issues. Mostly, they wanted me to send them the entire PC back for a full replacement: I explained over and over again that my previous PC had crashed permanently, and I was already dependent on this one for everything. I kept asking for them to just send me the money needed to take this PC to a local shop and get it fixed, which they either ignored or refused outright, up to the point where, after wasting my time for 3 weeks they just stopped communicating with me.Because of all this, I would strongly recommend that you not buy any refurbs from this company. I don't know how they can "refurbish" a PC with so many bad or marginal parts that are just not reliable. They must be buying the cheapest parts on the market...and the user will have to live with that choice for the rest of the time that they use these refurbs.
