Love this dutch oven 5 qt cookware, perfect for stews and soups

I use it all the time

It was everything that l was expecting.It has a really nice shiny finish on it.Can't wait to cook my favorite foods in it.

As close to my old magnalite pot that my Mama gave me for a wedding present 36 years ago......not as thick, but just as heavy and browns my roux fabulously.

I wanted to love this product. It immediately started turning different colors. First - The top started to have a muted and dull finish and black ash was on it. I tried seasoning it. Cooking with it was good. But it looked terrible and I had no idea what the black stuff was that was coming off the pot. Finally the pot started to be different colors. I bought it in June and donated it yesterday (Nov). Going to have to buy something enameled.

This was a gift for my niece. My Mom had one, I have one, and now my niece can cook her gumbo or jambalaya in the same kind of pot our family has always used.

Not sure I returned it and got a real magnalite pot

Not only did I not receive the Magnalite pot pictured, it's lightweight, has the wrong top and is Not stainless steele inside the pot, hence all the instructions 😐The top is heavier than the pot itself. Don't use excessive heat? Like, what does that even mean, its a pot 😳Most stews soups gumbos require lots of heat, what good is a pot that cant get too hot? No value for the money. No thx.
