The 3-Pc Reusable, Ge; Ice Wrap set is AWESOME! It was received on-time, well packaged, and in good condition. The two Gel Packs are an excellent size, and the straps are not attached - which provide the user with nearly limitless ways the packs can be placed on the body for best support, effect, & comfort. Not too hard, not too soft, they shape to the body and stay in the right place. Because they are Gel rather than ICE, they hold their temperature for a long time. I only wish that I ha discovered these great packs years ago! They get my Highest Recommendation.

Arrived on time and intact. The pacs are large and stay cold for a long time. Very easy to use and apply with the Velcro sleeve. The coverage is great for pain relief. No leakage, nice price.

Retains heat well. I haven't tried it as a cold pack yet. Elastic band works well. Very satisfied.

I like the cold/hot packs and the strap to hold them in place. I haven't tried the heat yet, but the cold works wonderfully for my occasional lower back pain. The pouch for the cold pack could be a slight bit larger to make inserting the pack a bit easier. But that is minor.

Very nice, it works excellent. I like that it works on multiple body parts like, back, knees, hands and ankles. Stay firm with the provided straps.

This is a great ice pack. It stays in place and it does this job. It eases the pain and it will go anywhere. You need it to go around your arms around your shoulder around your back and lower back your legs everywhere. It’s a great value for your money that holds the ice retention stays for a long time and it’s very effective and durable.

Love these work for most parts of the bottle. Love the holder especially if you have lower back pain. You can even wrap it onto wrist/ankles. Great for all your warming needs. The cold packs are best when chilled. If you leave in the freezer i recommend letting it sit out for 10-20 minutes to soften up.

I was under the impression that the “large” set would have 2 sleeves. Incorrect. The set comes with 2 gel packs but only one sleeve, so if my leg is hurting in more than one place I have to choose which one hurts the most. But the set also comes with an additional Velcro band! Just hanging out, loose. What am I supposed to do with this? It does get pretty cold after only a couple of hours. It’s still fairly flexible but you do have to kind of wiggle it to work it into the sleeve. It stays cold for longer than 30 minutes, I can say for certain, because I sometimes need it to ease the pain enough for me to get to sleep. Sometimes it’s so cold, I have to take it off after a short while because it’s actually so cold it hurts/burns even through the sleeve. I can wrap it around my whole thigh. It will stay in place only while you’re laying or sitting. If you have to get up make sure it’s really tight or it will start sliding

Worked well for both hot and cold. Quick to heat up in microwave but only warm for 10 to 15 minutes. Cold was good but not very pliable for wrapping around ankle or wrist.

Perfect for icing or heating injuries and not having to hold the ice or heat pack in place with your hands! Folds up small and is good for travelling. Bought after being recommended by a friend. I would recommend this to anyone! The ice/heat packs are large and stay cold/hot for a while!!

For lower back pain, very good result.. Best choice.
