4” inside barrel AND 4” to 3” reducer
The dimensions in the product description must be of the packaging. Actual product is 4” OD (probably more like 3.95 but my Stanley tape isn’t that precise) and 3.5” ID. Since 3” PVC is 3.5” OD, you can also use this as a reducer from 4” PVC to 3” PVC as long as the OD of the 3” PVC is 3.5” (which is pretty standard). I didn’t intend to use it as a reducer, but that’s exactly what I ended up having to do. 4” PVC fit great over this and 3” PVC fit tight inside. Great piece of PVC to have around for those projects that end up going nuts.

My husband cut this to make it work and he fixed our toilet. I was installed wrong.

Avoids $50 in other pieces !
I liked that I could couple the pipes under $13 & not spend $50 doing it the other way using multiple adapters !

Please dont order from this company part didnt fit which is fine but to have to pay 9 dollars to ship back a $11 part that took 2 weeks to get here is absurd.. maybe time to get out of the mail order business
