Works great for me. I only need half or even quarter scoop to feel the full benefit. The quality of what I put into my body is paramount that's why I use this and other Nutrabio products. Recommend it highly.

To use this, I pour a full scoop into a tumbler, shake mix drink container, shake the hell out of it. The flavor is a bit on the sweet side. Although you drink it for the effect, not the flavor. It does seem to help with recovery and hydration. It's a fine product and used it for a few years. I stopped using it due to the expense, 1 tub per month was over $500.

Ive been training for 30 plus years. In my 20s at the dawn of creatine I reacted well to it. Never any side effects…great pumps and added strength.
