Good quality, would be better if the boron content was higher considering the price of the product. D3 supplements at 4000iu are very cheap to buy these days.

Take them regularly and you will feel the difference,I notice that after a week already felt differently more energy and better "go and do something"attitude

Sunshine vitamins are a good boost

I've been using the Vitamin D3 K2 Zinc Supplement for a few weeks and am really happy with it. The formula, with 4000 IU of Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 MK7, Zinc, Boron, and MCT oil, is effective and easy to take. I've noticed improved energy and overall well-being. The only downside is that the capsules are a bit large, which might be hard for some to swallow. Otherwise, it's a great product, and I’ll continue using it!
