I received the hardhat in January 2024, which had a manufacture date of August 2019. I purchased a brand new hardhat, but will only be able to legally use it for a few months, based on OSHA standards.

I hat hard hats. They're usually heavy and uncomfortable but we only have one noggin! MSA has, IMO, always had most comfortable harness on their hard hats. Some of there models can be a little heavy, but MSA harness are designed for all day comfort. Most hard hat harness will give me a tension headache after about an hour of wearing it. MSA won't start that till near end of day. My V-Guard full brim is pretty lightweight as far as most hard hats go. Hi-viz green option is very noticeable. I've gotten a lot of comments saying my hard hat is "bright." Really good quality and inexpensive.

Great hat, love being able to tighten and losen. Quality is pretty decent for the money. Love the color! Got the yellow for easy visibility. All you could want in a hardhat.
