You must map the configuration from your old screen in order for True Tone to work. Search YouTube for videos on "How".

Q: I get a "not genuine apple" notification in settings. It is always present. What is different about these screens that it doesn't pass as genuine?

If you have the original screen still you will need to copy the settings over to the new screen if it’s off brand and can be more complicated. Only way to bypass this is through apple at home repair but they don’t offer the iPhone 11 screen right now only 12-13
