Would this work for removing snails out of my fish tank

I would say that they may not be the best options for removing small snails from a fish tank. Here's why- The tongs have been great for moving larger objects, like rocks. However, they could work if the room in your display tank isn't super tight and the snails are larger. The tongs are hefty and might be hard to navigate in a small space. The snails the size of a quarter or larger may be okay.

One of the "Non-slip claws" slipped off of the tongs, where can I buy just an extra set of claws to put on the tongs?
