Q: Can this be cleaned? Can it get wet? Or do I need to replace regularly??

I use it after the shower before drying off, but the brush is dry. Yes it can be cleaned and i think gotten wet but not 100% sure. I am not sure on replacing timeline

My understanding is this is only for dry body brushing to increase circulation , remove dead cells etc. and improve the look of skin by making skin healthier. So my answer is no.

No, I have not experienced that. The bristles are firm, but not hard enough to scratch the skin.

Q: are the bristles plant material?

The dry brush is created from the natural fibers of the Agave plant.
