Q: How many Joules per centimeter squared is delivered?

Hi Doug, Thanks for your question. The irradiance is about 189mW/cm2 at 6 inches, 136mW/cm2 at 12 inches, and 102mW/cm2 at 18 inches. These are based on both the red and near infrared switches being turned on.

Q: what do the two rocker arm switches on the side of unit do

They are the light switches. One turns on the 660nm LEDs and the the other turns on the 850nm LEDs. This allows you to use one, the other, or both depending on your therapy goals.

Q: Why wouldn't you have the dual chips output both frequencies so they're all on at the same time to reduce banding?

Thanks for your question! As of December 2022, all of our panels will be produced the way you described. Each bulb has two chips, one red and one near infrared. Prior to December 2022, we produced our panels so each bulb had either two reds or two near infrareds. The result is the same in terms of power, but now every bulb has both red and near infrared so every bulb illuminates when red is turned on or near infrared is turned on (although near infrared you can't see with the naked eye).

Q: I'm very close to buying but i don't see actual ps wattage i'm assuming its 1500? also don't see led life span hours?

Thanks for the question! The rated power output is 1500W as there are 300 individual 5W LEDs. The power consumption is about 585W. The LEDs are rated for 50,000+ hours which should last a life time considering a treatment is about ten minutes generally speaking. Thanks!
