This product should be shipped in a ice pack to assure customer of full potency.
I like that it has 35 billion CFU. Seems to be working well for me. The first bottle I ordered came without any cold pack. According to label it should be cold packed during shipment and kept refrigerated for full potency. Hopefully, future orders will be cold packed for shipping.

Not working for me
I gave taken probiotics for years. When I saw this product geared for seniors I thought I’d try it. What ever is in it did not work as others have in the past.
