The sweetner/polyol used in the bar is maltitol, which when ingested, 40% of the maltitol gets absorbed and fully metabolized, while the rest is fermented (60%) by bacteria. Therefore, a reasonable estimate would be to deduct 50% of the total grams of maltitol from the total carbohydrates that are found in this bar. Total Carbs - (Polyols/2) = Net Carbs per 100g 54g - (37g/2) = 35.5g Net Carbs per 100g Whereas a regular milk chocolate with almonds bar would contain around 60-65g of carbohydrates, this chocolate bar contains almost half of that.

Great 👍 for very low carb and Keto diets.

Surprisingly moreish for no sugar and low carbs for keto diet. Price is a little steep for ot however. Good Quality and good appearance on packaging keeping it fresh.

Very decent version

Best I have tried so far for a low/zero sugar chocolate. Decent whole nut makes it more satisfying to eat. Word of warning, eat too much in one go and you'll need to make sure your mobile is charged up because you may spend a long time in the toilet....

yum yum tasted absolutely brilliant and I saved a few calories @ 70 calories per 100gm on other better known products, but don't quote me on this :) every calorie counts !!
