I previously purchased a CyberPowerPC a few years ago so the family to do VR using the Oculus Rift. Zero complaints, nothing but praise. As the family has grown into older teens/young adults we find our 'office ready' laptops just aren't cutting it for our gaming needs. We finally broke and purchased a couple additional CyberPowerPCs for improved LAN party performancel. We couldn't be happier. The one thing I found with both desktops is that neither of them activated Windows automatically like it should have. But, that is an easy fix for those who run into this: Simply launch powershell ISE as an admin (right click, run as administrater). Run this command: wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKe ...after a few seconds it will return the Product Key associated with your Windows installation. Copy that key to your clipboard. Then go to your Windows activation status screen: Click the Windows button > Type 'Settings' > Select the Settings App > go to the Activation tab on the left nav. > Click 'Change Product Key' (at the bottom) > paste the product key you captured from PowerShell > finish the activation steps. Easy peasy! ;) I highly recommend CyberPowerPC. They use quality parts, fast ships, excellent customer support. Happy customer!!

brought a new computer. the old one is approx 6-8 years old, not glitchy yet but getting there. just retired so I thought I'd treat myself. only had it for a few days, but it seems fine. booted up faster than the old machine, by about 200%. the RBG fans are nice but i could do without them. i don't need the color. the machine is quiet. it will be awhile till i'ved used it enough to judge its perfomance. gave tech support 3 stars even though i haven't used it. i think this is going to be a good one.

this product is not working after one month. start witch is bad I have to hold for 10 seconds some times it works sometimes not this one is not good.defective product

Expensive. Can get hot, though.

great gaming pc for starters. i myself came from playstation and started literally today. came in together in one piece, no un-plugged cables nor any hardware issues. overall, a good gaming pc.

I've had this computer for just over a year, I purchased it to play a game called RUST, it seemed to work ok for about a week, but then begun crashing every second time I played RUST, then it got worse, so bad it would crash just watching youtube videos, I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement video card, it helped, but the computer still crashes a few times a week. I used to build my own computers and never had these problems. Kinda bummed that the first fully assembled computer I've ever bought in 20 years is less stable than the ones I put together myself. I only bought this one because it actually cost less than buying all the parts individually.

The pc is perfect for gaming it didn't take that long to set up and it runs pretty smooth I cant even hear the fans when running games over all the pc is worth it when i got it on sale

Got lucky to pick this up when it was first released. The product is now appropriately priced for its capabilities, but I got lucky and got it for an introductory price $500+ under it's current selling price.
