Easy for me - safe for the fish!
I initially bought the Tetra 6-in-1 and Tetra ammonia strips as a set of 25 each, and I've since ordered the 100-strip containers of both kinds of test strips. They take little time, are very easy to read and the results have matched the more complicated liquid tests I've performed. I briefly used a different brand of ammonia strips and the Tetra is easier and quicker to use by far. Because they are so easy to use, I test the water often and am able to head off trouble. The strips don't provide exact numbers, but do indicate when the water quality is safe or when caution needs to be used because the water may soon become stressful for the fish - which is all I really need to know.

Quick, easy, accurate, inexpensive
These are much more economical than buying the smaller packages at retail and are accurate when compared with the test tube method used at the pet shop to test my aquarium water. It takes only about 30 seconds to get results and are easy to dip and read.

Started fish-in cycling a 75g tank (heavily planted), with about 45 fish. These strips worked great for daily (sometimes 2x per day) monitoring for the first month...accurate and quick to use...I don't even own a master test kit - no lost fish or signs of illness or stress. The strips gave / give me the ability to react quickly with more frequent water changes, Stability, Prime, etc... These will be the only test strips I ever use...

Quick and Simple
The main attraction for these strips is just how quick they are to use. Historically, I had a preference for the API test kit results early in my fish-keeping days, but these are more often used now for a rare quick check-up. Established tanks maintained by an aware, diligent, and seasoned fish-keeper just don't need to be constantly tested. You know when something is potentially off and these strips are perfect for the infrequent rapid spot check.

Easy Reliable Test
I was having trouble with amonia spikes in some of my tanks where there were not any fish for a while, upon placing fish in these tanks they would immediately go into distress which was hard on the fish. After using this test I am able to ascertain the stability of the aquariums prior to adding fish. The test is very accurate but I just test to see if the test is yellow which equates to 0 ppm of Amonia. Another reason I like this test is that it is so easy to use, no mixing, no bottles of testing solution, just a quick swish of the test strips and compare the color match to the chart.

Lazy Fishkeeper's Ally
I don't want to take the time to assemble the test kits so these strips are perfect. They're not spot-on accurate and give a ballpark estimate which was good enough for me! I successfully fishless-cycled my tank and have had no problems keeping my fish healthy. You burn through them pretty quickly (especially during cycling) though so I have a few bottles on hand.

GOAT of strips
I've never had an issue with these strips. They are easy to read. I've also tested with a master test kit and feel confident that this test strips are accurate. One thing that can be improved would be to add a dispenser that pulls out a single strip. When you are testing multiple tanks your hands get wet and I'm always afraid I'm going to contaminate the rest of the strips while I fight for another strip. I now pull out 4 strips and close the container.

Nitrite not accurate
I’ve been using API master test kit to test my water and and since it takes too much time (I have to do almost every day) so I’d like to switch to something that would be easier so I got this brand. The API master test kit shows nitrite as zero but this stick shows pink color (at least 1ppm). With the water test kit it shows every 0.25ppm and this one jump from 0 to 1ppm. I assume the master test kit gives more accurate than stick. I’m not sure if it contaminated by nitrate since they are too close to each other and with the same result color (pink).
