CNBTR Universal Oscillating Multitool Polishing Finger Sanding Pad Disc Sanding Sandpaper Sheet Set

NOT Universal until modified
The finger worked well once it was modified to fit my Craftsman Multi Tool. Not much to it, a Dremel drill and a cut off wheel. Fixed. My bad also as I did not catch that the picture showed a completely closed finger, I just read the description. Had no problem with the hook pad coming loose.

Good value
Does not fit my Rockwell as well as expected, but is functional.

don't press too hard...
works fine. just know that if you press down to hard with the tip, the rubber backing will start to disintegrate... i wish it was a little more durable.

so I gave this a try and it works fine. I've been using this for the past few ...
I initially gave this a 4 star, after 3 hours of use, but during hour 4 the hook and loop crapped out. I didn't melt it because i ran it in speed 2 setting. I think the hook and loop is just so tiny it broke from the back and fourth friction. I got 60% of my project done. I'm gonne see if i can get some industrial hook and loop on there as the pad is still okay. If not, i will order the Fein attachment. I did find the larger sandpaper to be better for me.

Needs better pad that's not smooth plastic.
In my honest opinion, this product could and should be tweeked! I have and have had issues with the pads staying attached to the pad! My pads wouldn't stay on for more than a minute! If the manufacturer could fix this issue, I would rate it worth your time. The overall value could be good if it actually functioned (even on the lowest speed setting of my Dremel). The only way to get a sanding disk to stay attached for any length of time, would most likely be with using superglue.

Sandpaper barely sticks to pad. Hook and loop delaminates from both pad and metal finger. !
Should have read other reviews before buying. Sandpaper barely sticks to hook and loop. After 2 hours use, hook and loop delaminated from foam on the metal finger. Glued back on with Weldbond and waited 24 hours. Now the hook and loop is properly attached. Products adhesive is of the poorest quality. No consumer should have to cure manufacturing incompetence!

Don't waste your money, Junk
I purchased 2 sets of these sanding fingers, The problem is the sanding pads don't stay on the pad holder. the backing on the sanding pads is not strong enough. It might work for very very light work. Once the sanding pads start shifting the holder gripping surface gets damaged and your done. Very low quality sanding pads. I will not purchase again.

Tool part is fairly useless, so it's just small sandpaper pieces
I had some crevices to sand out while refinishing a project, so this seemed like the perfect attachment for my Ridgid multitool. After using it for about 10 minutes, it became pretty clear that the sandpaper pieces weren't going to stay on the velcro part enough to make it even slightly useful, and the top foam part of the tool wore off a little while trying to add extra pressure to keep the velcro on.Overall, great idea, terrible execution, and as I go through reviews, it looks to be a common complaint that the velcro just doesn't hold. So I'm left with a bunch of small sandpaper pieces, which I guess I can still use if I glue them to a small handle, so will give it 2 stars instead of 1.

Less than garbage
the sanding pads fall off the hook and loop before even turning on my sander. The attachment arm is flimsy and vibrates up and down a lot, so even when I replaced the velcro it was useless. I can't even use the sand paper with other setups. I didn't get to use it for a while, so can't return. Just save yourself the hassle, send me the money and buy something that works.

Swing and a miss
Impressed with price and was excited about the value. I thought it had multiple sanding grits but they were ALL 180. I was fine with that but it seems that even my little 12v multi tool shakes these sanding pads right off the base? I might make a handle so I can still use this as a manual sanding pad but that was not what i thought I bought!

Check the grit
Description said assorted grits, got a whole bunch of just one grit, too late to return for that job, so just kept it.

Does the job!
Works well but the “velcro” style hooks on the tool wear rapidly making it difficult to keep the sandpaper sheets firmly attached. Sands very rapidly and fits into those very small tight spots that a palm sander could not handle.
